This extraordinary residence, crafted in partnership between BFN Developments and Valley Windows, is a true statement of design, innovation, and craftsmanship. From its expansive interiors to its refined handcrafted finishes, the home sets a new benchmark for quality living. Featuring custom timber windows and doors, striking natural stonework, and reclaimed timber flooring, it seamlessly blends elegance with durability. The home also proudly incorporates one of Australia’s largest off-grid power systems and an impressive Spotted Gum deck, elevating both sustainability and lifestyle.

At the heart of this project lies a strong, long-standing relationship between Valley Windows Director Peter Garth and Brett from BFN Developments. From the earliest design conversations, Brett envisioned Valley’s bespoke timber windows as a cornerstone of the home—delivering timeless beauty, superior performance, and enduring quality. Each window and door was handcrafted to exact specifications, ensuring a flawless fit and a level of detail that defines true custom craftsmanship.

With around 550m² of open-plan living, the home has been thoughtfully designed to optimise natural light. Expansive north-facing timber windows bathe the interiors in sunshine while enhancing energy efficiency through passive solar gain. These wide-format panes perfectly frame sweeping vistas of farmland and cattle pastures, creating an effortless connection between the luxurious interiors and the rural landscape.

Durable hardwood frames were carefully chosen for their strength and thermal performance, then finished with a premium three-stage coating system for maximum longevity and a flawless aesthetic. The design further showcases over 400m² of hand-laid natural stonework, bespoke reclaimed timber floors, and an expansive Spotted Gum deck sourced from Queensland. Together, these elements establish a palette of authentic, enduring materials that bring warmth, texture, and prestige to the home.
