How to Build the Best Showroom Experience

How to Build the Best Showroom ExperienceConsider this a recipe of a blog post. Take a dose of expertise, a hint of our passion to share information with those closest to us, and a dash of what sets the Valley Windows team and our products away from the competition. Sounds delicious and nutritious, right? Jokes aside, any articles that we share on the Valley Windows blog should always be engaging (delicious) and informative (nutritious). It started with our goal to bring you a better view – through the best windows and doors in the business. But we quickly learned that products are only the first piece of success. Sure, they’re the best, but a decision this big can only be made with continued support. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and this blog is one of the best indicators of that. If you’re newer to our community, we are so excited to have you. If you’re a routine visitor, you know that this blog will only continue to get better and better with help from feedback from you. Merging products and customer service – our showroom. We’ve briefly discussed in the past what to expect at the Valley Windows showroom, but today’s post reiterates the different elements that bring a customer’s experience to the next level. Read on for what we think makes the best showroom around:

We know we sound like a broken record, but it starts with the people. When you walk in, you should be immediately met. This isn’t a sales pitch, it’s a conversation. We want to get to know you, and your needs. We care about your family and friends, and we really care about your home. We want to get to know you and your style, so that we answer any questions in a way that makes sense to you. We should never feel pushy. We don’t mind if you leave without purchasing, and no good showroom should. We care that you leave incentivized to enhance your home, and proudly share photos of your property or home’s features with friends and family, in a way that makes you happy.

It should continue with the products. Yes, that may seem obvious, but the way that they’re presented is really important. You should never feel overwhelmed – instead, you should feel inspired and excited. This is a big deal and an important decision. Products should be separate and showcased in their own unique ways, so that whoever is meeting with you can have the conversation about the pros and the cons, based on your needs and just as importantly… your wants.

It culminates with the follow-up process. Again, the goal is never to be pushy. The goal is to keep you coming back. The team at Valley Windows is here day in and day out to answer any questions that you ever have and to share ideas. Let’s get creative. We rely on our customers to push us to only keep getting better and better and we’re thrilled that you’ve stopped by our site and our blog. Look forward to hearing from you again soon.
