The Last of 2020 Home News
The clock is ticking down and 2021 is right around the corner. The clean slate, the cooler weather – there’s a lot to look forward to. One of those things will always be our Valley Windows round-up of home news, something that we’re proud to put together and share with our customers. You guys have been wonderful this year across the board – we’ve loved bringing you a better view through our premium windows and doors. We know that you’ll continue to be wonderful next year and all of the years following, so it’s the least we could do to put together what we think will serve as motivation to get that project that’s been stalled finally done or inspiration to press “go” on that renovation that’s been sitting in the back of your mind for far too long. Doesn’t matter either way. In fact, while we always want to push you to be your best and make your home its best, the next couple of weeks should be spent celebrating each other, taking a deep breather and just generally relaxing. We challenge you to it. That said, if you’re looking for reading material… read on!
We’re fans of this first article because sometimes it makes all of the sense in the world to bring in an expert. Small project or cleaning chores? You should own those. But if they’re in any way going to affect the integrity of the structure of your home, impact the curb appeal or ultimate value or even venture into the realm of projects that will only cause you more stress – you’re in luck, expert contractors can help solve all of these problems. Yes, you hear the horror stories. And that’s why we want to share the success stories to even things out. Check out this link for more information.
We’re giving our friends here in the northern hemisphere a big heads up with the help of this next article. Whether you have a green thumb or not, you probably want to ensure that your outdoor landscaping at least looks tidy and relatively well-maintained. This means switching out some of your plants and flowers on a seasonal basis. But what about your tools? Who knew that they need as much love as they do? We’re talking cleaning, prepping and properly storing. This article focuses on the storing aspect of our list, discussing exactly how and where to store your gardening tools (hint, it varies by tool) when the weather gets colder. While we have a little bit of lead time, it never hurts to prepare! Learn more here.
We never tire of lists that refer to the do’s and don’ts of interior design trends and try and include one every month. What we love about this article is that it not only discusses the trends that will emerge next year, but also those that are on their way out. The only caveat we want to make here, is that the Valley Windows team supports creativity. You see a trend on there that you love? Go for it. The only opinion about your home that should really matter at the end of the day is yours. Visit this link and let the Valley Windows team know which trends you gravitate towards.
