It’s a time of year when those that are closest to you gather around and celebrate what’s important. We celebrate each other, the blessings that we have, a prolific year that’s past and hopefully some delicious food and drink. It’s been quite a year, hasn’t it? Worldly events aside, the Valley Windows team has been so grateful to continue to bring you a better view through our premium windows and doors.

This post is about just that – gratitude. We know that you have other options. We know that there are other ways for you to procure and install good, solid options for your windows and doors. In fact, we probably live in a place and time where you may feel overwhelmed from time to time with the options that are available to you. We respect our competition. We’re driven by our competition to always improve and finesse the solutions that we can offer you.

It’s built into our company ethos that there is no finish line and that we should always push further, but also built into our culture is the way that we treat each other and the way that we treat you. Both are paramount to our success and it starts with the way that we treat each other. We believe in an environment where creativity is fostered, where a spirit of kindness and compassion is always prevalent, and where truth and transparency reign supreme. It starts the second that our employees walk in the door and remains 24/7, with teammates always being there and available to one another. When you work at a company that supports these behaviours so thoroughly, they’re immediately imparted to anyone that we come into contact with.

And who do we come in contact with? You – our family of customers. We mentioned the importance of those that are closest to you during the holiday season. To us, that means our family and friends, so by proxy – it means you. So we should and will always treat you just like our own Valley Windows teammates. And that’s only going to amplified during the holiday season with our gratitude.

So, thank you for choosing us. Thank you for doing your research and immediately knowing the reason that we are a cut above our competition in the area and in the business. Thank you for returning to the Valley Windows blog time and time again to share in the joy that we experience whenever we discuss our industry at large. That means that we go beyond the exterior of your house to obsess over every interior and landscaping detail inside your property line to turn that house into a home.
